Fujichem Sonneborn demonstrated within their submission that they’d introduced a clear overarching approach to their training, which demonstrated tangible business benefits and aligned well to the companies’ objectives. A culture of ensuring competence not just completion to training was a further  deciding factor in being successfully presented the BCF Excellence in Training Award.

Both Dulux Academy and Ricoh were also presented with highly commended certificates within this category, as their innovative approaches to training really stood out as deserving recognition.
