Free Skills Diagnostic
To identify areas where you need to develop your people and enhance your competence management system, or systems for training, you’ll need to plan how to meet your legal requirements, and those of the Competent Authority; as well as plug any gaps in skills and expertise. That begins with understanding where you are now and recording any areas requiring improvement.
Using our trademarked approach we will work with you to discover your organisations training requirements and then plan how to move forward with purpose. Our expert skills consultants will provide you with a short outline plan for competence that will support your workforce development.
Systems and People
The free Skills Diagnostic contains two main elements:
1. A review of your Competence Management System (CMS) or your approach to training
2. A review of your People Management, focussed on succession planning
During the diagnostic we can review your overall goals and objectives; and then we’ll work with you to plan the next steps. The session will take no more than one hour of your time, but it could transform your organisation.
